Types of Charging Stations
There are several types of charging stations in Eldrive’s network. Below you can learn more about our pricing, what are the strong points of different stations and what’s the best way to use them.

DC Fast Charging Stations ABB 50kW
The fastest charging stations in Eldrive’s network have power output of 50kW DC. They are mainly located at petrol stations and trade centers, located on major motorways. Charging on a DC station takes between 20 minutes and an hour, depending on battery capacity, available charge and temperature.

AC Charging Stations 22kW
Altering current (AC) stations in Eldrive’s network have 22kW of power. In contrast to direct current (DC) stations, charging speed depends on the on-board charging device of the vehicle. Charging power is strictly individual and the most common models have 3.7kW (eUP, Leaf 1st gen) and 7,4kW (Kona, eGolf, Leaf 2nd gen). Some models can utilize the full power of the charging stations.
