Eldrive Romania continues the expansion of its national electric vehicle charging network and announces major investments in ultra-fast charging HUBs planned for 2026. The company aims to double its total installed capacity nationwide, from 42 MW to 84 MW.
After surpassing the milestone of 1,000 charging points across Romania in 2025, Eldrive Romania is now focusing on expanding existing HUBs and developing new locations in areas where the company’s charging network is currently less expanded.
Among the most important projects are the Fetești HUB, equipped with ten 400 kW charging stations, the Lehliu Gară HUB, where three 400 kW stations are already operational, and the Eldrive Supernova Pitești HUB, expanded to 14 charging points with capacities of up to 600 kW DC.
“We remain open to new partnerships and focused on rapidly implementing projects for clients who choose to develop charging infrastructure together with us,” said Camelia Popescu.
At the same time, Eldrive Romania continues to strengthen strategic partnerships with automotive importers, dealers, and fleet charging solution providers, including Kia Romania and DKV Mobility, to support easier access to electromobility solutions for both individual customers and fleet operators.
