On May 28, 2026, Eldrive participated in the ENERGY CEO FORUM & AWARDS GALA 2026, one of the benchmark events for the energy industry in Romania, bringing together leaders, experts, and representatives of companies contributing to the transformation of the energy sector and the development of sustainable mobility solutions.
During the gala, Eldrive was named winner of the Green Mobility Award for the first 1 MW charging station in Romania, located at Supernova Pitești. The award highlights the company’s contribution to the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and its support for the transition toward cleaner and more energy-efficient transport.
On stage at the gala, Elena Mandache, Group Brand Director at Eldrive, spoke about the importance of this moment for both the company and the entire industry:

Currently, Eldrive operates an infrastructure of over 50 MW installed capacity and more than 1,000 charging points, contributing to the development of an accessible and efficient network for electric vehicle users in Romania.
Development plans continue, with an ambitious target of reaching 82 MW installed capacity or more by the end of the year, through the expansion of fast-charging stations and the development of solutions dedicated also to commercial transport and electric trucks.
In addition to expanding the network, Eldrive remains committed to prioritizing key customer aspects: availability, reliability, and safety of charging services. This strategic direction reflects the company’s ongoing investments in charging infrastructure development.
