II. Campaign Description
Eldrive Promotion – Special Night Tariff
Between May 10 – June 10, 2026, you can benefit from a special charging tariff for electric vehicles of 1.80 RON per unit (VAT included), reduced from the standard tariff of 2.55 RON per unit (VAT included), available daily between 22:00 – 06:00.
To benefit from this offer, you must have an active account in the Eldrive Romania application.
Participation conditions:
• The campaign is valid between May 10 – June 10, 2026;
• The offer is exclusively addressed to individual (non-business) customers using the Eldrive Romania mobile application;

• The promotional tariff applies only to charging sessions carried out (i.e., started) between 22:00 and 06:00 during the specified period (if a session is initiated before this interval—for example, at 21:45—and completed within the interval—for example, at 22:10—the promotional tariff does not apply);
• For individual (non-business) customers who have an active subscription during the campaign period and thus benefit from a reduced special tariff, the following rules apply:
1. If a charging session is initiated within the specified interval (22:00–06:00), the lowest applicable tariff will be charged—either the promotional tariff or the subscription tariff, if the latter is lower;
2. If the lowest tariff is the promotional one, the consumption under the promotion will not affect the 250 kWh limit included in the subscription, which can instead be used outside the promotional time interval;
3. If the lowest tariff is the subscription tariff, that tariff will be applied, and the consumption will be deducted from the 250 kWh subscription limit. After this limit is exhausted, if the promotional conditions are met, the promotional tariff will then be applied.

• The tariff is not available for corporate customers using a fleet card.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Eldrive Romania Privacy Policy. In the context of this campaign, your data will be processed for the purpose of granting the special price of 1.80 RON per standard charging unit, where applicable.
