The latest version of the Eldrive Romania App is now available! To start charging you need to take three steps:

UPDATE

If you have automatic updates enabled, the app will update automatically. Otherwise, please update it manually via Google Play or the App Store (you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app).

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND LOG-IN

Once you open Eldrive Romania App after October 1st, you will see the updated design and login screen:
1. Select your preferred language in the top-right corner.
2. Click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address.
3. Follow the email instructions to set a new password and log in.

RE-ENTER YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

Once logged in, enter your credit card details:
1. Click “Add payment method” in the menu bar.
2. Enter your payment card details.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

NOW YOU ARE READY TO START CHARGING!

After completing these steps, the autocharge function and RFID card will work as before.

What to Do If the App Doesn’t Update
1.Completely uninstall the old “Eldrive Romania” App from your phone.
2. Go to Google Play or the App Store, search for “Eldrive Romania,” and click “Download.”

How to Reset Your Password
1. Open Eldrive Romania app.
2. Select your preferred language in the top-right corner.
3. Click “Forgot password?” and enter the email address used in the previous app version.
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
