Here, briefly, are the conditions of the promotion:
The campaign is organized by the company EMOBILITY CHARGING S.R.L., with registered office in Bucharest Sector 1, Calea Floreasca nr. 175, B, Bureau 1, 5th Floor, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/3474/2019, ROONRC. J40/3474/2019, CUI 36602260, email: office@eldrive.ro; tax code RO 36602260, hereinafter referred to as "Eldrive Romania".
- Campaign period: March 8, 2025, between 00:00 - 24:00
- The campaign is valid for individual customers with an account in the Eldrive Romania app and legal entities that do not have fleet cards:
- The promotion offers 20 gift vouchers of 50 RON.
- Vouchers can only be used within Romania
- Participants must charge in the Eldrive Romania network on March 8, 2024, between 00:00 - 24:00.
- Vouchers are valid until March 31, 2025. After this date they expire and can no longer be used. Each participant can only get one voucher for the entire duration of the promotion.
- The promotion includes a limited number of 20 vouchers. They will be available while stocks last on a first come, first served basis.
- Corporate customers who hold fleet cards cannot participate.
- In order to receive vouchers, customers must send an email to office@eldrive.ro with the email address associated with their user account in the app by March 10, 2025. Vouchers, with individual codes, will be sent in response to this email no later than March 11, 2025.
- The vouchers are not convertible into cash and can be used exclusively through the Eldrive Romania application, in order to pay for the electric car charging service related to the charging stations in Romania. The vouchers are not valid for the payment of the charging service for charging stations in Bulgaria or Lithuania.
- Eldrive Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania employees are not eligible.
- Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts available.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel any voucher obtained by fraud or other means not in accordance with these rules.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Eldrive Romania Privacy Policy. In the context of this campaign, your data will be processed in order to award vouchers or to inform you about the outcome of this campaign, if applicable.
This campaign is carried out in accordance with Romanian law.
