Here are the conditions of the promotion:
The campaign is organized by the company EMOBILITY CHARGING S.R.L., with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Floreasca nr. 175, B, Office 1, 5th Floor, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/3474/2019, ROONRC. J40/3474/2019, CUI 36602260, email: office@eldrive.ro; tax code RO 36602260, hereinafter referred to as "Eldrive Romania".

• the campaign is valid for individual customers with an account in the Eldrive Romania application and corporate customers who do not have fleet cards:

• As part of the promotion, special vouchers, each with 200 charging units, are being sold for 400 lei.
• Vouchers can only be used in Romania.
• One standard charging unit is equivalent to 1 kWh.
• Participants must purchase the vouchers exclusively on November 8, 2024, between 08:00 - 20:00
• Vouchers are valid until December 15, 2024. After this date they expire and can no longer be used. Each participant can purchase only one voucher during the entire duration of the promotion.
• The promotion includes a limited number of 50 vouchers. They will be available while limited in stock on a first come, first served basis.
• How to purchase the Voucher: order through the order form, receive the invoice by email and make the payment based on the invoice issued by EMOBILITY CHARGING S.R.L., until November 13, 2024.
• The discount offered through this voucher is 16.3% compared to the standard price of 2.39 lei (VAT included) practiced by Eldrive Romania (including the last 30 days).
• The link active from: 08:00 - 20:00, November 8, 2024. After the 50 vouchers have been redeemed, Eldrive Romania will take the necessary steps to deactivate the link and inform interested persons about the finalization of the promotion. If an order has been submitted after the 50 vouchers have been given, Eldrive Romania will not be able to fulfill the order and will inform you accordingly.
• Corporate customers holding fleet cards cannot participate.
• Vouchers will be uploaded to ordering customers' accounts in the Eldrive Romania app no later than November 15, 2024, after checkout. The amount will appear in the customer's account in the Eldrive Romania app under Soldul meu/ Ballance.
• The vouchers are not convertible into cash and can be used exclusively through the Eldrive Romania application to pay for the electric car charging service for charging stations in Romania. The vouchers are not valid for the payment of the charging service for charging stations in Bulgaria or Lithuania. Vouchers are valid until January 15, 2025. After this date they expire and can no longer be used.
• Eldrive Romania, Bulgaria and Lithuania employees are not eligible.
• Vouchers are for personal use only and cannot be resold or transferred.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts available.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel any voucher obtained by fraud or other means not in accordance with these rules.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Eldrive Romania. In the context of this campaign, your data will be processed in order to grant vouchers or to inform you about the result of this campaign, if applicable.
This campaign is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Romania.
